As Learning is one of our four Core Values in Gamma Phi Beta, we strive for excellence in academics and leadership. We value learning, academic achievement, and lifelong personal development and growth. All of our women strive to balance a heavy workload, while engaging in various extracurriculars to become well-rounded individuals.

We uphold the highest type of womanhood through leadership and serving the community, bettering ourselves in the process. Gamma Phi Beta sisters are volunteers and leaders in numerous opportunities within the McGill and Montreal community.
LEADERSHIP
R.E.A.L. LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

The REAL Leadership Conference brings collegiate chapter executive boards together from different chapters in the same geographic area together for a weekend of inspiring and interactive workshops, professional speakers, roundtable discussions and unique networking opportunities.
The conference is designed to help our chapter leaders understand and enhance their strengths through workshops, interactive presentations and professional speakers.
R.E.A.L. LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE

The REAL Leadership Experience is a four-day intensive leadership event modeled after the leadership conference for chapter presidents – the REAL Leadership Academy – but was developed for all women who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.
The REAL Leadership Experience is a place for emerging leaders to shine, dream big, take chances, examine their innermost selves and learn the principles of REAL Leadership that they can apply in their chapters, careers, and communities. Only 40 select Gamma Phi Beta members get to participate every year.

"I am a Responsible, Ethical, and Authentic Lifelong member of Gamma Phi Beta."
"I am commited to leadership today, tomorrow and always."
"I am commited to passing the gift of leadership on to those around me, young and old."

Personal and Chapter Enrichment (PACE)

The PACE program is designed to provide growth opportunities through sisterhood, service, social & personal development, and education beyond the classroom. Gamma Phi Beta holds PACEs every other week, and they are short to long presentations on life skills, leadership, or professional advice, given by experts or experienced sisters.
PACE programs in the past have included workshops on resume building, cooking, Photoshop, makeup, personal finance, and more. They are great way to gain education outside the classroom and learn something new!
